Mobilidades is a Portuguese project started in September 2004 under the name of Sobreviventes (survivors) by Luis Escudeiro (BE Consultores) and Manuel João Ramos (ACA-M). That original project was accredited by the European Road Safety charter.
Mobilidades.org hosts a database (archived in Scibd) on research of relevant material for road safety and trauma prevention, using the transmission capacity of sharing knowledge provided by the Internet. [+ info]
